Sub-Number clarification: We reserve the right to substitute a requested item with an equal or better functioning item. Any product substitution is guaranteed to be of equal or superior quality and performance and is also guaranteed to work in your current environment.
The prices indicated on TheRocketPlatform are shown in USD and do not include delivery. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Any product sold on THE ROCKET PLATFORM website may be substituted for an equal to (or equivalent) part at our discretion IE: smaller capacity EQL drives being replaced with higher capacity drives, as long as the equivalent part is guaranteed by us to work in the customers environment.

TheRocketPlatform uses our RocketXpress™ integrated checkout process thru Authorize.Net to pay for your order. This payment option uses advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and does not cost you anything to use. TheRocketPlatform is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer, so you will not pay any extra for your order.

All orders are time stamped in our system the instant the payment process is completed. This is done to eliminate delays in the fulfillment process and to ensure daily shipment as promised. The Rocket Platform only ships to the US and Canada via orders placed directly on our website. For any orders shipping beyond the US and Canada, please email us here: email@example.com for individualized service. All customers who get their parts orders in by 5:00pm EST Monday-Friday (not including national holidays) are guaranteed same day shipping with the FedEx or UPS ground or air service of their choice. Any customers ordering a pre-configured system will have their order shipped within 2 business days following the date of their order, as these systems need to ship via freight service that picks up earlier in the day. On the top of every page in the right hand corner, there is a countdown timer that shows the time left to get your parts order in and still make same day shipping. This is in place so that everyone knows when the shipping cutoff is at a glance. Any parts orders that come in after our normal shipping hours or on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day after your order was placed. Additionally, all parts ship from our facility in New Jersey. This means that all shipping is subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to delay same day shipping at any time, if there are any weather conditions that prevent us from getting same day shipments out. If any parts order comes in prior to the 5:00pm EST cutoff and we are not able to get it shipped out that same day for any reason, we will ship it out As Soon as Possible with FREE FedEx 2 Day air shipping. If any pre-configured system order does not ship within 2 business days after the order was placed, we will ship it out As Soon as Possible with FREE FedEx LTL services.
Here at TheRocketPlatform we take our customers’ needs very seriously. All Parts that are purchased from our website carry a one year replacement warranty from date of purchase. If a part that we have sold you fails within the warranty period we would ask that you call or email us, we will then identify the part as being bad and double check its warranty entitlement. Replacements of warranty parts will be shipped by us to you at no charge Fedex Air Economy 3 day service on parts weighing under 100 lbs. (which is most of them) and Fedex ground freight for anything over 100 lbs. The warranty is a replacement warranty only, there is no dollar credit that is given if a part fails within the warranty period. In the event that a part was purchased and it was not needed our customers have 14 days to let us know. After 14 days the purchase is then final. In order to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase and we will create an RMA number for you. Customers are expected to pay for the shipping back to us for the part. All parts that are returned as unused are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the credit amount. As the Rocket Platform website allows customers to use their own UPS or Fedex account number to ship parts from us, customers also have the ability to ship parts using our discounted UPS and Fedex rates. If we billed you for the shipping of a part or machine and you would like to send it back for credit please keep in mind that the shipping charges from us to you (or your customer) will not be refunded. Refunds are only for the original cost of the part minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be given by credit card or by check. If you have any questions please email us using email@example.com. The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. You acknowledge that any video content on our website and associated YouTube channel that are of an instructional nature were created by Top Ten USA, LLC (TTU) and they demonstrate what we consider as best practices for any work being shown. The videos and any content within are not officially endorsed by any manufacturer or OEM. The steps documented by TTU in any of these videos to make any hardware changes or repairs are documented in a “best case scenario” and do not cover multiple failed parts in a machine. We do not assume any risk or responsibility for data loss, damage to equipment or any other type of catastrophic failure. Our videos are meant to be used for reference purposes only. You acknowledge by using our video content that you are repairing your own or someone else’s equipment at your own risk.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER, ANY EMPLOYEE, AGENT OR CONTRACTOR OF CUSTOMER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY SERVICE AGREEMENT OR THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. SELLER’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER UNDER ANY SERVICE AGREEMENT AND THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER TO SELLER PURSUANT TO SUCH SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
